Positioning an Architect’s Inaugural Development
Originating from a brief by Startari Architects, FEENEY was tasked with creating the whole identity for a landmark project — seven architecturally designed homes in Plympton.As the architect’s first property development, strategic positioning was crucial to establishing credibility and driving demand. FEENEY conducted desktop research to assess the competitive landscape, market appetite, and price positioning in the area.
From this, a clear direction emerged: the development needed to strike a balance between architectural prestige and the emotional pull of “home.” This led to the creation of the name BELONG, reflecting comfort, connection, and the sense of place buyers seek.

The BELONG identity was designed to capture both architectural quality and emotional resonance. The campaign theme “Be here – Be home – Belong” invited audiences to imagine themselves in the space, experiencing the lifestyle it offered.Meticulous copywriting paired with aspirational renderings and an engaging website brought the homes to life before construction began. Signboards, digital marketing, and cohesive visual branding amplified visibility and credibility.
By combining emotional storytelling with architectural sophistication, BELONG created not just awareness but a deep sense of aspiration and desire among potential buyers.
