The Dripclub is an industry leader in intravenous nutrient therapy, cosmetic injectables, and body treatments. They are changing the way people think about health and wellness, as they continue to seek new ways to improve their services and skills, so the South Australian community can look good and feel better.

Leaders in IV Therapy in South Australia, The Dripclub were looking to elevate their brand identity in the market and expand their offering through new franchise openings. By conducting a strategic discovery session, we were able to unearth their key needs and define their path forward.

From this, we revised The Dripclub visual identity, so it reflected a calming, premium aesthetic, through the use of a new logo and colour palette. All of which was underpinned by our newly developed brand and content pillars, key messaging and tone of voice.

As part of the The Dripclub brand refresh, we also overhauled their website, so it encompassed not only their new identity but a streamlined user experience.

Using SquareSpace, we designed a new website that emulated the premium, professional experience one would have when visiting The Dripclub, while incorporating competitive keywords to ensure their website was optimised for SEO. Allowing potential prospects to easily locate them and their services on search engines.

SquareSpace also enabled us to provide a better user experience, by maximising the integrated technologies to incorporate:
- Clear call-to-action buttons
- A simplified booking process
- Downloadable brochures

On the day of launch, The Dripclub website received three times more brochure downloads than the average month, generating many potential leads for The Dripclub going forward.

To celebrate The Dripclub's new beginnings, we helped launch their new health and wellness clinic, along with their new brand identity.

Working within strict COVID restriction guidelines, our team pulled together an intimate event at their new Norwood location. With light refreshments on hand, those in attendance, including local influencers, clients, staff and media personalities were treated to an exciting evening filled with:
- Tours of the state-of-the-art premises
- Detailed demonstrations of The Dripclub’s IV technologies
- Brand reveal
- Branded gift bag, filled with quality products and discounts

With our help, The Dripclub were able to launch their latest franchise smoothly and successfully, while gaining influential online coverage from The Adelaide Set. Who worked with us to create a comprehensive video of the cutting edge IV therapy treatments on offer at The Dripclub.
